This mantra is chanted three times for peace in the body, mind and spirit for all living beings in the Multiverse.  It is also chanted to bring peace to the past, present and future.

 

The first chant purifies the body and relieves it from the sufferings, diseases and discomforts and the body is refreshed.  The second chant brings peace to the mind and the mind is released of any negativities.  The third chant promises an extensive spiritual experience that touches the soul and leads to spiritual blossoming.
